Up to Four - $90.00/night

Six to nine - $100.00/night

Regulations

No one on premises after 10 pm unless they are paying guests

Parking in designated areas only

Absolutely No drugs or public display of alcoholic beverages

No smoking inside cottage - ash can will be provided outside.

Children must be supervised at all times.

No Firearms of any kind-No hunting on property


Violation of these rules will be grounds for immediate eviction from premises without refund.

Guests are asked to leave the cottage in the condition in which they found it.

Registered guests must be at least 21 years old.

Renter agrees to be responsible for themselves and anyone staying on site during their rental period.  This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, accidents, injuries, incidental damages and any destruction of the rental property.  The owner of Aunt Peet's Cottage is in no way liable for accidents or injuries received while  renter is using the rental property.
